Uneven, good room and in the middle of downtown, but no parking and no internet and two flights of stairs are the downside.

Regarding parking, as it is written on our website, when you book a room, we do not have any private parking. We try our best to help you find a spot to park as much as we can, and unfortunately we do not make the rules for the pay parkings...

staff was great - location and accommodations were great. It was a bit awkward to be on the other side of the street from the hotel desk - especially on the morning of the Tour de France - but it worked out well

We booked an accessible room because I needed a roll-in shower. I appreciated that you had a real roll in shower with a shower seat. BUT the one important complaint I have is that the floor is VERY slippery when wet and I actually fell which is pretty dangerous. We asked for a rubber shower mat but housekeeping said you don’t have any and just gave us extra towels to put on the floor. Even my husband and daughter who are not PMR found it very slippery and dangerous. Please put rubber shower mats - it is very dangerous especially for PMR who cannot balance well or have strong legs.
