Dans l'ensemble ce fut agréable. J'ai regretté la présence d'un 'ascenseur...pour accéder au 3ieme étage. Le dîner fut bon mais sans plus car un manque de fantaisie dans le choix des des légumes de saisons . Rester avec carottes et choux fleur au printemps est dommage... Au petit-déjeuner ce sont les pancakes qui étaient malheureusement désechés malgré un choix particulièrement varié. L'hôtel est particulièrement bien situé et le service irréprochable . U

Great location in the heart of Bayeux, helpful staff and good restaurant open every day. Strongly recommend.
