Bonjour,
Ce que nous avons le plus apprécié lors de notre séjour à l’hotel, c’est l’accueil exceptionnel de l’hôtesse réceptionniste vendredi soir. Le personnel est vraiment très très bien également très accueillant et avenant. Vraiment très agréable.
Nous recommandons cet hôtel.

We’ve been here a couple of times before. Love the annexe stayed in. Very disappointed that the restaurant has changed. It used to serve the best pizza we ever had

A good stay with you.
Lack of parking a bit of an issue but the location is excellent.

Wonderful customer service. I would especially like to compliment Cindy who seemed to be and work everywhere all at once. She helped us buy train tickets and I also saw her bring down umbrellas in the rain. She appeared to be able to do it all at your hotel and always had a smile and great attitude. I was very impressed with her work ethic and demeanor and you should be very grateful to have her. I would hire her at any moment for multiple opportunities. Is she willing to move to Tennessee? Ha. Just joking. Please let her know what a good employee she is and treat her fairly.
