Really enjoyed the stay. Comfortable. Convenient. Friendly service. Close to all the sites. Right in the middle of town. Great food. Restaurant in house was very high quality.

Completely satisfactory from the time when I first contacted Anne-Claire to make the reservations through tour department our departure. We would all be very happy to return to the Reine Mathilde in the near future if the opportunity arises.

Overall, our experience was good. Our only issue was not with the hotel but with the restaurant to which it was attached. We stopped in to have a night cap before going to bed and the service was terrible. For some reason, the waitress was purposely slow and rude to us. We are not sure if we had done something to offend her, but she appeared to purposely avoid serving us. We may return to the hotel but will never visit the restaurant again.

Chambre rapport qualité prix est disproportionné, en effet, autant l'accueil est très bien mais la chambre très bruyante.
