Wir persönlich würden nicht noch einmal wiederkommen. Ich persönlich kenne viel bessere Locations in Frankreich und werde mich künftig stärker engagieren, diese zu finden, denn eigentlich konnte ich mich immmer auf die Buchungen verlassen.

Excellent! We accidentally booked an extra room but they were able to find someone to fill it at the last minute so didn’t charge us, although technically we missed the cancellation deadline- we were expecting a confrontation but they and booking:com were both great

Hotel Reine Mathilde was perfect. It was very close to everything, but not on the main street so we didn't get all the noise at night. The restaurant was very good. We would highly recommend it. The only note we would make is that their are no lifts (elevators) so you need to take your luggage up the stairs. Although it was not a problem for us, this may be difficult for others.
