Loved our stay at your hotel!! Great price.... great location... very nice room! Everyone on the staff was so accommodating ! My only suggestion would be to work on the access to the WiFi . Our wifi didn’t work. So glad we picked your hotel!!

Terrible. Parking the car was a terrible experience. No room upgrade and no mention of why at check-in. The hotel lobby and bar are dated. I reserved a privilege room with city views and received a room facing the courtyard. The shower drain did not work properly and I stood in a swamp of water when showering.

CHAMBRE TRÈS AGRÉABLE/ TRÈS BONNE LITERIE/ TEMPÉRATURE UN PEU FRAÎCHE DANS LA DOUCHE

Il est plaisant de voir que la chambre ait su répondre à vos attentes. Quant à la température de la douche, nous prenons en compte votre remarque en vous précisant juste qu'il faut parfois attendre quelques secondes pour l'arrivée de l'eau chaude.
