The hotel itself is very charming and rooms are comfortable. The location is not ideal as you have to cross autostrada every time you wanna go to the beach or city center, but its not that far. People working there are very helpful.

I booked the deluxe suite but the actual room is not as good as in the photos shown, old and dark. We even found some insects in room.
The paid private parking is not exactly next to the hotel . You have to walk for 5mins and actually it is in the same building of a public parking which I found that the public parking is cheaper than the private one which offered by hotel. The car park is old and not spacious at all so be careful when you drive in, it is easily to make your car get scratch off
The Hotel staff told us that we can enjoy the breakfast in lounge in the morning in designated time at the time when we checked in so we thought the breakfast was included in room rate. They didn’t mention we have to pay for breakfast. So we went for the breakfast (very so so one, just some cold dishes not much selection), end up , they told us we have to pay for the breakfast at €17 p.p during check out. We was very disappointed about this miscommunication. If the breakfast is not included , they have to tell us the cost & remind us we have to pay for it. The main point is the breakfast is totally not worth at €17. The free breakfast offer in another hotel we stayed in this trip is much more better with more selections.

I can understand when making several reservations during a stay, that one can confuse the services included from the hotel to another.
