Excellent. For a first-timer to Cannes, the reception desk gentleman Mr Aurelien was very helpful in recommending how to move about in Cannes, upon checking in. Room was very clean and breakfast was great. Very near to the train station. No complaints.

j'aimais cet hôtel, mais ce séjour a été très désagréable pour nous et surtout très décevant, je n'en garde pas un bon souvenir

Large room, noise from the main high way, breakfast very basic, lack of porter service...and about 10 stairs to climb with your suitcase...the young receptionist offered to do carry my luggage , but I can't accept this.
Very helpful staff

Our hotel is located in the city center of Cannes few minutes away from la Croisette, le Palais des Festivals, la rue d'Antibes or le Squat for example.
The hotel is not far from one of the Main Street of Cannes. In order to avoid as much noises as possible, we have double gazed windows everywhere but if it is not enough, do not hesitate to ask for earplugs :)
The breakfast is a buffet composed of: tea, coffee, breads, cake, home made cake, jam, honey, fresh fruits, yoghurts, fruits salad, apple sauce, ham, bacon, fresh orange juice, croissant, pain au chocolat, gluten free cake, scrambled eggs, cereals...
Also, do not hesitate to ask for help to bring your luggage in and outside of the hotel. It is a pleasure to help you :)

very friendly staff in every section, wonderful location, the very cozy boutique that would be only one option for my next visit.

very nice hotel 4*, located near the center, just 5 -7 minutes walk from the center. Good and attentive service at the hotel. Clean room. Good breakfast, only breakfast room is small
