I was very disappointed after coming to the hotel since it opened and always staying in the same room I was booked into another room so late in the process I couldn't find another hotel. My wife came with me and my room was hard to manuever in and the shower which was in the bath was unsafe for us.

We are sincerely sorry you did not appreciate your room. Is it possible to explain us what was unsafe in the bathroom ?
Did you tell your problem about the bathroom to the reception ?

very good! happy to go back and recommend it to anyone . staff is extremely nice and helpful; Franck, Amelie, and everyone else but im sorry i cant remember their names.
