Hôtel Résidence Le Portillo

Very pleasant experience overall. Great that by the middle of the week the kids were able to ski from the door to ski school.

Super endroit pour skier

Very good ski hotel. We would definitely stay again.
There were a few things we thought could be improved, the main one being the size of the duvets on the double bed. It was just about big enough to cover the bed but if either person sleeping in the bed moved the duvet would come off them. We asked for an extra duvet but we're only able to get a blanket. As a result neither of us slept very well.
The fridge and freezer doors din't really close properly, the freezer door catch was broken.
It would be good if the self catering rooms came with a few small items to save money and waste-a few dishwasher tablets (we had to buy 30 and used 3), some coffee filters (we had to buy 10 and used 1), salt & pepper, possibly small bottle of cooking oil. It seems like a waste of money and is not environmentally friendly to buy full boxes of these items when only a few are needed, it would also be a nice welcome if these items were provided or even offered for sale by reception in small quantities.

Ŕésidence le Portillo très bien située. Les commerces sont à proximité. La vue depuis l'appartement superbe, il manque des chaises sur le balcon. A part ça, tout était bien.

residence agreable et bien situee. Dommage de ne pas avoir le menage inclus avec un prix aussi eleve. Paye 100 euros pour le chien est tout aussi exagerer, surtout que c'est moi qui ait fait le menage en fin de sejour.

L'ouverture du Spa le samedi - donc même lors de grosses périodes d'affluence - devrait toujours être possible. Accueil agréable et souriant, l'équipe de l'hôtel est tjrs disponible, à l'attention de ses clients.
