We are delighted to see that our hotel's location, particularly its excellent public transport connections, as well as the quality of service provided by the reception and breakfast staff, met your expectations. We are especially touched that you appreciated the availability and efficiency of our team, including the prompt resolution of the television issue, and this motivates all our staff to continue their efforts.

However, we regret that some aspects of your room did not meet your needs. Your comments regarding the placement of electrical outlets, the size of the room, the complexity of the bathroom lighting, and the quality of the internet connection are invaluable. We understand how important these elements are for the comfort and convenience of our guests, and we have taken note of your suggestions to guide our future improvements.
