Very positive. I think this year the "amenities" were a bit reduced (no fruit or chocolate or wine in the room to greet me as a resident for an extended period, as in years past), but the service and quality remain high.

Excellent. However, a guest in the next room allowed their TV to be on all night at a loud setting so the frustration prevented a good sleep.

The hotel is well located in a quiet area facing Lake Geneva.
Buses are nearby for sightseeing and city center.

My experience is very good, but I must tell you that my colleagues are now staying at the Swiss Luxury Apartments in the Paquis. They stay there because the service is much better: everyday the mini-fridge is refilled with water, coke, and juice. The laundry service is free there. Also, every day, there is some kind of nice local small food gift brought to the room, free of charge. So, while I like the location and the size and price of the rooms, I may decide to stay at the Swiss Luxury Apartments in the Paquis and try their services. The free laundry service is very, very important to me.
