Overall experience was great - nice, easy check in. Room was very nice and extremely clean, with a comfortable bed and amazingly comfortable towels and nice toiletries. We also enjoyed the public transportation passes we received upon check-in, and the use of umbrellas (it was an on-and-off rainy day when we were there). I do wish breakfast would have been included for the price we paid, though.

A very pleasant stay. One of the things I liked best was simplicity. Many other hotel venues (especially in Geneva) aim at being classic and "old school", which may often make them a little tedious and overdone for someone who is not there for a vacation but for business. I personally prefer a touch of simple 21st century efficacy and speed. The rooms were spotless, the services provided were streamlined, the staff had a good sense of urgency whenever they were asked something.
