We had a really relaxing and enjoyable stay at Mon Repos, which is very aptly named! It was perfectly situated for us- very close to bus stops (easy to get to and from the airport too, bus travel was free as we were given a card by the hotel) and to the lake. Our room had a view of the famous Geneva water fountain and over the parks to the front. Most of the rooms are to the front where we were. The decor in the common areas of the hotel was beautifully done with some lovely pieces of furniture and curios. Perhaps our only negative was that the lift was very small and it was a tight fit for two people with one suitcase.
