Comme toujours, très bien - mais cette fois-ci, la chambre (231) été un peu problématique car elle n'est pas de tout isolée vers l'autre, et donc on entendait vraiment tout, ce qui m'a réveiller la dernière nuit. Sinon, c'est très bien.

Pas satisfaisante, chambre trop petite, difficile à ranger habits, étagères trop hautes, porte salle de bain ne fermant pas donc
lumière reste allumée un moment, malheureusement pour vous, nous ne reviendrons pas dans votre hôtel durant nos
séjours à Genève. Etant donné que nous habitions à 50 mètres de l'hôtel, et que nous déménagions, nous avions plusieurs valises
et sacs , difficile à caser dans la chambre.

Nice and friendly staffs, can late check out with no charge, easy to reach from train station and near bus stop. Everything just perfect.

A good experience but having stayed in your hotel for many years I would expect some special consideration or treatment especially when it comes to booking arrangements.
