Warm welcome, good location for the institutions I normally visit as well as the meeting that was held in the conference room.

I think your hotel is very good for taking rest, but it was very hard time to find your hotel. I had to roam from place to place. You should decribe how we can find your hotel.

Très bien sauf si j'ai été déçue qu'il n'y ait pas de climatisation dans la chambre. Par ailleurs le personnel à la réception est formidable !

Very good until the breakfast part. I'm very annoyed to have been charged extra. This was not clear that this was the case... and as a person who is gluten free, I was unable to eat very much of it. If you refund that breakfast charge I would happily stay with you again. If not, then I won't as I feel very cheated.

I have stayed at the Mon Repos many times and have always been very pleased. The staff is gracious and knowledgeable, the rooms are comfortable, and the restaurant/bar is very nice and complete

I'm overall truly satisfied, especially with the service and the friendliness of the staff.
The lighting in the bedroom in the studio should be improverd (it is now too harsh - should not use spot lights), and the photos on the walls should be softer.
