Have been staying at the Mon Repos residences almost 10 years. My experiences have always been pleasant, I wouldn't think of staying anywhere else.

Only issue is with the duvet bed covering. It is often too heavy. if a sheet and bedspread were an option, that would solve this issue.

very good indeed! the room was beautiful, the breakfast really good, and the location was perfect being midways between the city centre and WIPO

Good. It was disappointing not to have access to the bar on Friday and Saturday.

We regret that our services didn't reach your expectations. Our bar is closed on Friday and Saturday however the Reception staff is pleased to serve a selection of drinks and to recommend Restaurants or bars in the neighborhood or downtown.

I was disappointed by the location of my room and the noise I experienced on this occasion. Had I been staying longer I would have asked to move rooms. I think breakfast should be included in the room rate. Please provide a mean for boiling water in the room.

We regret the our services didn't reach your expectations and we have reported this specific point (noice from kitchen) to our management in order to find a solution.
We are currently working on a project of having coffee/tea sets in each room, however for the moment a kettle can only be brought to your room on request.

As you are coming for UN meetings, for a next stay, we invite you to contact us directly (instead of using an agency online) to get an UN discount (valid on presentation of UNLP or diplomatic passport or official invitation to an UN / NGO meeting).

Very good! The hotel has a great location for meetings around the WTO and provides a good balance of simplicity, functionality and good quality standards.

Toujous très sympa chez vous, mais j'ai un soucis avec la vitesse de l'internet. Malheuresement la qualité de la connection n'est pas dans toutes les chambres la même qualité.

Very polite and helpful personnel. Very good location. The room was vey clean. The ventialtion of the bathroom could be improved.

A Very pleasant stay, excellent welcome by the helpful team at Reception. Made feeling very comfortable and was offered guidance on the city and its attractions, plus a Public Transport Ticket ( a very nice touch) and local maps. Morning call & taxi services operated very smoothly and without a glitch.

Proactively offered WiFi Internet access,

Small but comfortable and nicely appointed room (#19) with good Room Service

A Tea/Coffee making option within the Room would have been a nice addition
