Très agréable. Tout était propre et soigné. Chambre sur la rue de Lausanne un peu bruyante.

Before making reservation I confirmed with Stephanie that there is no extra charge for the kids. I have an email to show that. Only at the checkout I was told that I have to pay extra $90 for kids. And only explanation was that he is sorry for Stephanie's mistake. I had never ever seen that I have to pay when it was not my mistake.

L'hôtel est bien et l'offre dont j'ai bénéficié pour les feux d'artifice était inégalable.
Remarque concernant le miroir pour se raser dans la salle de bain : il faut être très grand pour pouvoir l'utiliser...

The people on the reception were nice, but the room was way to hot. I know it was very hot outside, but by paying this much for a room I expect that there would be airco. It was to hot to sleep, we really were away as much we could because of the heat in the room.
