Très bien. Seul regret pas de produits genre crème corps dans la SDB. pas de bouilloire dans la chambre.

I love the HMR and the staff make me feel at home every time I come. However, there are a couple of very small things the hotel could do to make guests feel especially comfortable, including providing kettles in the room for tea/coffee (which many other hotels in Geneva do) and finding ways to make food available to guests, at least until midnight (e.g. through having an external vendor used to deliver room service). The hotel is gorgeous, clean and a pleasure to stay in but is far enough away from food that it can be a bit of an inconvenience when you're working long hours and most restaurants are closed...

I really enjoyed my stay. The staff were all delightful and very friendly and helpful and the room was comfortable and not too hot and, best of all, I could open the bedroom window for some fresh air without being overwhelmed by outside noise. I will be back.

Residence side is excellent. Service is fine. Hotel rooms are small, with little storage room and small shower.
