Hotel & Résidence Mon-Repos

From the first person to greet, the outside style if the hotel, the design and way the door swivels open, you know that it will be a remarkable stay. They recently invested in the hotel. There are beautiful pieces of designed furniture in the lobby and on the way to the lifts.

The staff were friendly. The breakfast catered to many tastes and wide. Great fresh fruits to homemade style breads and jams.

Would go again.

Très bon hôtel situé à 2 pas du parc de la perle du Lac. Les chambres sont bien équipées mais le ventilateur fait trop de bruit pour pouvoir le laisser allumé la nuit. Le petit déjeuner est très varié et excellent.

Generally good location, nice hotel, clean room but had a fan that makes sound when turned on but we didnt use it much.

We had a good time at your hotel, thank you very much! Especially the big breakfast, comfortable room and a plate of fruit sweet, unforgettable. If possible, we will come again!
Only one small problem, the bathtub drain is not very smooth.But not a big problem.

very nice hotel, good service, and an excellent breakfast,

we had booked two rooms at the garden side of the hotel but were given rooms at the street side. When mentioning this we were not served with hospitality but instead had the feeling that we had a 'nagging' question and caused distress (for the hotel personnel). After the complaint we were allocated in one room on the garden side but the other room was still on the street side of the hotel.
We were not properly informed that we had to close the garage box, at quite a price, ourselves so it was open all night.... consequently we could have parked also on the street! But still had to pay the full fare.
The next day, Saturday, the main street was part of the course for the triathlon. When enquiring how to drive away from the hotel's parking lot we were replied that the street was blocked, that it would perhaps be impossible to leave and if we wanted to leave we better could go outside and look for a policeman to allow us to use the street. Not much of a service one expects from a 4star hotel! Finally we drove away from the hotel on part of the street which obviously was used for cars encompanying the thriatlon.

For the Lakeview rooms, one has to contend with the nose from the traffic from the main street but the views make up for the noise. Will definitely stay there again

Nous gardons que des bons souvenirs de votre hôtel. Un environnempent tranquille, tout près du lac, votre buffet pour le petit déjeuner est de haute qualité. Domage que nous sommes rester qu'une seule nuit... nous avons choisi votre hôtel pour un stop pendant le retour de notre congé en Italie.
