Easy to check in, nice room, very close to transportation and the Graduate Institute.

That was great. The only thing is that it might be cold if the temperature drops. Although I was told at the reception that the battery in the room was "decorative", it worked if I increased temperature with roller. Don't know if it was said intentionally but couple of time I froze.

If you want big glitzy busy noisy hotel, this is not for you. If you want quiet efficient excellence stay here..

I enjoy my stay here because it is right across the park and lake, 10 minutes walk to my meeting place, very clean, nice room, good price, and excellent service.

Much appreciated the provision of EU-CH adapters! Room was super clean. I would suggest to get Nespresso or similar rather than instant coffee.

Nice hotel close to the lake and with excellent service. The only complaint I have was that the temperature was set to high in my room. Reception and technical staff tried to fix this but the temperature kept high.

Very nice. I slept very well. I had a room towards the back, which was super quiet. If you have a room towards the lake, the view is probably very nice, but there is a very busy street in front of the hotel.
