Excellent stay. I chose the hotel because of location and the free bike rentals. The staff was excellent in answering all questions and very prompt service getting us the bikes, helmets and locks.

The hotel and staff were brilliant and made our stay. The bar not being open was a disappointment but didn't affect our enjoyment too much.

Thank you for sharing your feedback.

We would like to clarify that the offer made to the organizers of the WTO workshop specifically included a simple continental breakfast. This arrangement was agreed upon primarily to meet the group's low budget requirements and to allow them to continue offering their training courses while providing accommodation conveniently located very near the WTO.

As part of this specific arrangement, breakfast was therefore served in a private room for the entire group. This was not intended to provide an inferior service, but rather to respect the conditions of the offer agreed upon with the organizers.

We find it difficult to understand your rating regarding the value for money. as your room was sponsored by WTO, with an offer more than competitive comparing to Geneva offer for this period. We regret that the quality and comfort of our rooms didn't meet your expectations.

We always strive to provide all our guests with a pleasant experience while respecting the specific arrangements made for group bookings.

Hotel was recommended by Phil embassy to the UN. It was an excellent recommendation!!!!!
Room was clean.. sheets were crisp.
And the staff we interacted with were all friendly and competent.
