I had higher expectations. Unfortunately I had to make two reservations, ending up with different "class" of rooms. There was absolutely no willingness to help so I should not have to change room. The only message I got was that I had made two reservations, which I obviously was aware of as I had done it myself. The first room was nice but 28,5 degrees and AC out of order. The second room, which was bigger but with a closet to bathroom, was also nice but had 18 degrees and AC out of order. Absolutely no excuse or understanding from the reception.

The hotel is well located near the park and the lake. Great architecture and service.
