Hotel & Résidence Mon-Repos

I did not spend much time in the hotel but it was very pleasant and nicely decorated, with helpful staff.

Excellence experience! The good location, marvelous views from the balcony, polite hotel staff

Everything was perfect from the moment I arrived until the moment I left

My overall experience was great up to the last day. My wedding band was stolen from my room. I made a huge fuss about it after I searched the entire room, even though I knew I left it on the nightstand. I reported the matter to the front desk clerk, who, although he received my complaint politely, demonstrated through body language that he didn't believe me. He told me that he would have the maid thoroughly check the room. I left for my meetings for the day, and upon my return, I stopped at the front desk to inquire whether the ring was found. I was told that it had not. I then made another fuss because I knew my ring did not just walk out of the room. The front desk then telephoned the person in charge of housekeeping, and they said they would have a look again with me present. When I arrived at my room, the housekeeping manager was already inside, and my ring was on the desk, clearly visible to all. I knew the ring was not there. The initial housekeeping cleaning did not reveal the ring, yet they were pretending that the ring was always there. That placed a damper on my stay but I was very happy to get my wedding ring back.

Muy buen lugar para descansar con cama y almohadas muy cómodas. Además, su ubicación queda cerca de las estaciones de autobús así como del lago.

Good experience and enjoy to stay in this hotel

I found the hotel pleasant and neat. Apart from few missing amenities in the bathroom and an iron, other facilities were satisfactory.

Breakfast was great, wide variety with all required balanced diet

Wonderful. I will most certainly stay again.

Very good. Well designed compact room. Helpful staff on the front desk.
