We had a wonderful time. Great service, extremely clean, very comfortable bed. Would definitely return - we just found the price expensive, but I think that is Geneva, not your hotel specifically.

1. Some staff exhibited harsh handling to my stay at the hotel during the last time. 2. Removing guest's stuff in the room without prior notice via his contacts or physical contact is as offending. 3. Breakfast had no waitress nearby give support in case one may need help. 4. Generally guest support was absolutely poor.
