Midium level. Specially some front desk (reception guys are not helpful and friemdly pPlease check them and give some training about customer handling.

We would like to remind you that check out time is midday and that we can arrange later check out on request. You did not contact our reception for such a request, we then phoned you to check about this. You finaly checked out at 1.30pm. Also, we helped you in translating the document you received in French for your trip back. We are sorry to see now that our help did not provide satisfaction.

Great experience. Location was excellent for the purpose of my visit, excellent room, very clean. Breakfast was great but many need to consider providing lunch and dinner services too. Also, improve front gate service- for instance assisting guests locate their rooms on check-in

This is my first time to stay here. But, the hotel is excellent and fantastic.
If I will visit Geneva in Swiss again, I would like to choose this hotel as an accommodation.
