excellent! i loved the location (quiet but very quick bus ride to all popular areas and train station), rooms have everything you need, lovely outside terrace in the front and in the back, anything I asked for - was provided (additional blanket, iron, milk for my morning coffee, additional towels, etc.). thank you!

Very pleasant. Good points: quiet, can open the window if wanted, silent air conditioning, possible to adjust the room temperature to some degree, good mattress, good bathroom with walk in shower (much safer than a bath tub), very kind and helpful staff. Inconveniences: no drawers or adequate shelves for clothing and other items, no sheet under the duvet which reduces flexibility for comfort in sleeping; the television was a bit cumbersome to use.

The lack of air conditioning was a big problem. Geneva has become too hot in the Summer.

Had a couple of small issues. 1) The room need better sound insulation, as the person in the room next door watched TV until midnight and it was like having a radio in my room (I couldn't sleep). 2) The light timer in the bathroom is a bit short, it doesn't detect if you are in the shower and the lights then go dark...

Nice hotel. Good location. Utilitarian room without adequate space for baggage with annoying motion light in bathroom. Saves a little money for hotel but light goes off in bathroom when still occupied. Best to eliminate motion sensor. Poor experience does not outweigh cost savings

Comfortable for what I was looking for (1 night stay). But could offer more services of try to understand more the customers needs. In my case, for instance, I arrived at 10 am and I had to change clothes in a small bathroom. Or, I could not access to 1 extra hr of late check out.
