The hotel was perfectly located, literally a 3 minute walk to the Flims gondola. The staff was exceptionally polite and helpful, and always smiling :) The room was perfectly alright for the money. The hotel was also very conveniently offering a room where one could eat if they brought their own food (all the restaurants were operating take-away only due to covid restrictions) so that one didn't have to eat on a small desk in their room. Breakfast was at 07:30 and on Sundays at 07:00 (a very nice touch, personally I would have preferred it if it was at 07:00 every day but that's just a personal preference) and it was great - lots of different kinds of breads, cheeses, croissants, and very delicious marmelades :) only thing I greatly missed were the scrambled eggs and bacon, which only came out on Sunday. The restaurant dishes looked also very promising, sadly I didn't get to try them. Wi-fi was flawless. Overall I had a great stay and would gladly stay again.
