When we arrived, they did not have the room that we booked 6 months prior, and the only room they had was 20 euros more per night. I said we would take the room, but I would not pay the extra 20 euros. There was no apology offered for not having the room we booked, but to insist that we pay a higher rate was ridiculous. After much ado, and insisting that the desk clerk call the manager at home, we worked it out so that we didn't pay any extra, but it was disconcerting to say the least.
