We were very pleased with the room and especially the bedding. Mattress and pillows are very important. Everything else was better than expected. A coffee machine in the room would have been nice. This is very common in all levels of hotels in North America. Also coming from North American, we do not have the kind of exterior metal window shutters that are so common in Europe. The fist night we assumed that there was no way to darken the room for the night.
Es freut uns sehr zu hören, dass Sie mit dem Zimmer, insbesondere mit der Qualität von Matratze und Kissen, besonders zufrieden waren. Ihr Lob bezüglich der Ausstattung und dass wir Ihre Erwartungen sogar übertreffen konnten, wissen wir sehr zu schätzen.
