Super. Meine Anregung: es wäre schön wenn der Hoteldirektor oder der Familienchef den Gast, gerade wenn man zehn Tage da ist, begrüßen würde. Die Aufmerksamkeit von ganz oben fehlt ein wenig, auch wenn alle Mitarbeiterinnen und Mitarbeiter sehr nett und sehr fürsorglich sind.
