Liebe Familie W. wir bedauern sehr Ihre Unzufriedenheit in einigen Punkten. Sie hatten 5 Tage Zeit Ihre Kritikpunkte anzusprechen und haben keine der Punkte während des gesamten Aufenthaltes angesprochen. Selbst bei der Abreise nicht, wo Sie mit Frau Riemann persönlich gesprochen haben. Ich persönlich habe Sie jeden Abend nach der Zufriedenheit bei Abendessen nachgefragt und Sie haben alles mit positiv beantwortet. Vielleicht rührt Ihre Kritik aber überwiegend daher, dass die eine Übernachtung die Sie nicht mehr in Anspruch genommen haben mit 80% der gebuchten Leistung bezahlen mussten lt. AGB.
