Werter Gast, vielen Dank für Ihre Bewertung. Unser Hotel ist 3 Sterne klassifiziert und wir versprechen den Gästen keine Klimaanlage in unseren Hotelzimmern. Wir haben Ihnen gern einen Ventilator als kostenfreies Upgrade zur Verfügung gestellt. Als Verdunkelung dienen Innenjalousien die einen guten Sonnenschutz bieten. Ihr Zimmer(Komfortzimmer 28m² + 7m² modernes Bad) war für 3 Personen gebucht und Sie haben es mit 4 Personen genutzt ohne das wir einen Aufpreis berechnet haben. Da Sie während des gesamten Aufenthaltes nicht gefrühstückt und das Restaurant besucht haben, können wir nicht nachvollziehen weshalb Sie
die Speisen und Getränke negativ beurteilen. Das Zimmer ist mit einem hochwertigen Boxspringbett, einer Schlafcouch und Flachbild TV sowie großen Einbauschränken ausgestattet.
