Personnel extrêmement aimable, tant à la réception que pour les femmes de chambre ou au restaurant. Que de gentillesse !
Le dîner est assez moyen pour le prix mais le petit déjeuner est très chouette ! Nous reviendrons, c'est sûr.

bonjour,c est la 3ieme fois que nous venons chez vous!merci pour la gentillesse du personnel,leur disponnibilité.Merci pour l'accueil,personnel de l'étagen°6,du restaurant, dont Karima qui veille sur tout avec le sourire,au veilleur de nuit qui nous a preparé le petit dejeuner à 6 heure le matin le jour de notre départ.

We had a great stay for 3 nights. Found these hotel very convenient to the grotto. Our room was perfect.
Paid for 2 breakfasts but we didn't eat the hot items so probably could have had the continental breakfasts for cheaper. Simona on reception was a great help to us. Would recommend and would stay again even as a solo woman traveller.

Our stay [rooms 510 & 506] was perfect.

We dined one evening in the restaurant. Our dinner order arrived at the table almost cold and potato fries were soggy and lukewrm. We wondered if the food is prepared off-site and transported to the hotel.
