Muy agradable, como siempre.

très bon séjour mais ; a part le premier repas tous les autres n'étaient pas au niveau de ce qu' on attend d 'un quatre étoiles. plat froids, légumes plus qu'aldentes.. viande trop grasse...

We were upgraded two fantastic rooms with all the amenities which were perfect!

The quality of the upgraded room was top quality.

We did half board basis, breakfast was a buffet which was pretty good and tasty! Cold & hot food available.

Dinner you usually get a soup for starters which is not what I call soup as it’s very watered down & tasteless.

Main course on day one was quite poor ie pork which was hard, day two we requested to check if we can swap our main course - we had roast chicken with chips which was on the menu at lunchtime which was very nice and delicious.

Desert is nice and manageable to eat.

Overall the experience at this hotel was a big improvement to 2025 stay however just one huge feedback would be some of the reception staff are just not knowledgeable, don’t understand English and get frustrated when you have questions to ask and therefore the next time you approach the reception they pretend they are on the phone.

My stay at Rossiy Hotel was absolutely amazing from start to finish. Everything exceeded my expectations. The staff were incredibly friendly, professional, and always ready to help with a smile. The room was spotless, comfortable, and beautifully maintained.

The hotel’s facilities were excellent, and the overall atmosphere was welcoming and relaxing. The location was perfect, making it easy to get around and enjoy the area. Every detail was well thought out, and it was clear that guest satisfaction is a top priority.

I truly enjoyed my stay and would highly recommend Rossiy Hotel to anyone looking for outstanding service, comfort, and value. I look forward to staying here again in the future. Thank you to the entire team for a wonderful experience!

Nous avons bénéficié du changement d'un lit double contre des lits jumeaux. Ceci pour permettre à mon épouse un meilleur sommeil après son opération.
Un grand merci à l'accueil et au personnel de maintenance pour ce changement !

Expérience satisfaisante, toutefois le prix du parking devrait être indiqué dès la réservation.
