Another lovely stay at Hotel Roissy, we always book here every time we come to Lourdes. Everyone is very helpful and it’s very always a great place to stay in. Great location for the Grotto as well. Special mention for Christelle on reception and Karima in the restaurant for their help and kindness during our stay.

Très bon accueil. Personnel très souriant.
Déçu de la chambre quadruple ou on était à l'étroit. La propreté et la qualité ne valent pas un 4 étoiles. On a voulu un petit déjeuner au bar vers 10h30 et il n'y avait plus rien alors qu'il est noté jusqu'à 12h.

This hotel is in a great location. The room was a very good size with a large double beds and very clean with lots of complementary toiletries. It even had a small balcony.
The staff are very friendly and helpful and actively strive to maintain the appearance of the hotel. Cleaning in evidence for the couple of days I was there especially in the public areas.
As a solo traveller I prefer to eat outside of the hotel, so cannot rate meals. The only small negative for me was that the bed was very hard which may suit others Overall however, this is a great hotel in an excellent location for the Sanctuary.

è la terza volta che vengo da Voi e presumo che ritornerò, personale gentile e disponibile sia nell'albergo che nel ristorante... e la cucina dalle ultime esperienze direi che è migliorata... Bravi

Angenehmes Hotel. Sehr freundliches Personal und absolut sauber. Das Highlight ist der schöne Frühstücksraum mit der wunderbaren Aussicht über den Vorplatz.
