Posizione davvero ottima per l'accesso all'area del Santuario (meno di 100 metri da Porta Saint Joseph). Comoda anche la possibilità di ristorazione, sia prenotando in BB o HB, o alla carta su necessità. Stanza deluxe molto comoda, all'ultimo piano, con bella vista esterna. Sala fitness e spazio x giochi x bambini. Spazi interni x relax. Bar interno.

La estancia fue muy buena pero hay que cuestiones que mejorar. Las habitaciones requieren una reforma para disponer de armario empotrado y sin moqueta en el suelo. El baño también debería ser actualizado con elementos más modernos.

It was wonderful to return to Roissy after four years. The location is perfect and being able to park my car in your secure car park is so convenient. I was disappointed with the location of my room on this stay. It overlooked the car park and was very dark. It was a room for four people which was unnecessary as I was travelling alone. The last time my father and I visited in 2019 we had rooms overlooking the road with a balcony and large windows which was perfect. However, I was more disappointed with the quality of the food. I had full board and I must be honest when I say it was the worst food I have ever eaten in Lourdes. Last time we visited it was the best food we had ever eaten so a lot has changed! I heard other people in the hotel saying the same thing. The staff in the dining room and throughout the hotel were lovely. I would always stay here again but maybe only book half board unless the food improved.

Hôtel très propre, accueil très agréable.
Note particulière pour Karima au restaurant , son sourire, sa joie et son professionnalisme participent grandement à la qualité du séjour.

Cet hôtel est très bien 👍
Idéalement situé, propre, le confort des chambres est en accord avec le prix, bien insonorisé, tous les agréments d un 4 étoiles 👍
Cet hôtel gagnerait à ne pas proposer de restauration,, en l'état tout du moins.

Hotel discreto ma sinceramente non un 4*.
Personale gentile, pulizia sufficiente.
Per quanto riguarda la ristorazione è stata la peggiore di tutti i numerosi viaggi a Lourdes che ho fatto in questi anni:
Buffet ridicolo con poche cose e sempre le stesse.
Pranzo e cena con una sola portata: patate e carne di pessima qualità.
Formiche sul ripiano del distributore della spremuta (prontamente segnalato al personale).
Non torneremo più in questa struttura
