Old and worn out room. We had paid for half board and expected a certain standard. No choice was available. Had we known this, we would have preferred ala carte.

Nous venons chaque année en Pèlerinage à Lourdes en famille à l’hôtel ROISSY et nous sommes toujours aussi satisfait des prestations .La direction et le personnel sont toujours aussi accueillant , avenant et aimable et font constamment le maximum pour vous rendre le séjour agréable.Merci encore pour votre gentillesse .
Nous avons eu la surprise d’être logé dans des chambres rénovées avec un confort et une literie exceptionnelle ,nous avons pu passé de très bonnes nuits
Nous recommandons vivement l’hôtel ROISSY proche du sanctuaire en plus
Bonne continuation et au plaisir de vous revoir prochainement

Having stayed in other hotels in previous years, we would rate yours the best for location. The dining room staff were very friendly and helpful. The reception staff were very helpful and friendly. The evening meal - soup every night - a small simple salad would have been nice. Some evenings the meat was a little tough, meals tasty.
