The location was good, the room was good but the shower room door was not closing properly so every time I was having a shower there was a puddle of on the floor. Breakfast and lunch was not that great. I would really recommend if more choices could be provided and the juice was not fresh as it was supposed to be. Lunch was very disappointing as the choice was not there.
And i noticed as well that there is miscommunication between staff. I was asked to pay for the fees that I have already paid and I’ve booked for lunch but the message didn’t go to the restaurant staff. Staff could be more friendly I supposed. Overall experience the hotel was walking distance to the grotto.
