Excellent this was my 21st visit to the hotel. Only problem this year was the intense heat being 34 degrees each day and I found the douvet covers and bedding much too heavy despite the air conditioning!!

Déçus. Pas conforme à mon idée. Hall accueillant mais ma chambre triste ne correspond pas aux images. Personnel pas courtois et nerveux. Repas avec produits industriels trop ressentis. Mauvaise cuisine.

I've stayed in the Roissy many times and am always pleased. Location is perfect especially if you have people with limited mobility. I stayed in a quad family room this time and it was a great size and had fridge and coffee maker etc. Overall it is a very nice hotel.

Très bon établissement, rien á redire sur le propreté. Très bonne literie. Seul bémole la douche qui fuit. Cuisine très bonne petit déjeuner copieux.

We had booked a 3 night stay at your hotel in May and had to leave on the first night of our arrival, we have images to support our complaint which the management refused to acknowledge - this hotel is not to. be recommended and the manager and the lady at the reception desk were beyond rude. Our bedroom was not cleaned and was very dated, this is suppose to be a four star hotel, it is dirty, untidy, and the reviews which are circulating are not correct - as I said following our experience on our first day we had to go and find a hotel at a late hour at night, do not book this hotel .
