Our stay was brilliant. We came for a week with my mum and niece. The well come was lovely and all the staff was superb. I would recommend the hotel roissy to all my friends and family. This was my first time in lourdes and the memories I shall keep forever. The food was very good and we stayed full board. Shall I say the food just kept coming

Lovely hotel, great location, delicious food at a great price, €14 for four course dinner for residents .... vast selection of deserts, best in town! Very good alternatives for gluten free .... we’ll done!

Tutto molto bene, eccetto l'offerta gastronomica: 1) prima colazione: caffè cappuccino ecc. di pessima qualità, mancanza di almeno un tostapane per tostare il pane. Il pane tostato presente nel buffet assolutamente freddo e vecchio. 2) cena: assolutamente di bassa qualità e mal assortita e cucinata (ad es.la pasta presente nelle minestre sembrava purè, il prosciutto serrano presentato era immangiabile per durezza e sapore (una sola fetta?, meglio non servire nulla) ecc., cercare di evitare di servire minestra di patate e di nuovo patate nel secondo. Basterebbe solo fare un pò più di attenzione, visto che si tratta di un albergo di 4 stelle.
