Proche de la grotte séjour très agréable qui s’est déroulé dans d’excellentes conditions. Un peu d’attente au bar lors des heures de repas cela est normal et acceptable

Restauration impeccable. Par contre toilettes exigus et il faudrait revoir la poussière sur l'armoire. Un dernier point : bémol concernant l'emplacement du robinet dans la salle d'eau. Sinon RAS.

Excellent séjour dans un bon hotel. Qualité de la chambre, nourriture, personnel, tout était très bien.

Accueil excellent , personnel agréable , disponible , souriant ,le petit dej bon et copieux , le repas en demi pension bon servit par un personnel souriant et attentionné . Seul bémol , la chambre correcte , mais la salle de bain très petite , lavabo petit , robinet trop bas peu d'étagères . Mais je pense qu'il doit y avoir d'autres chambres plus confortables et là ce doit être IDEAL .

This was our first visit to Roissy and we were not disappointed. The location is brilliant because my father has to use a wheelchair during our stay, and Roissy is so close to the Domain. The rooms were very comfortable, the showers were brilliant. We had full board and were extremely happy with all the meals we ate.

La partie douche et WC sont ridiculement petites. Les douches sont particulièrement dangereuses car glissantes. La chambre suppose de jouer en permanence des déplacements de mobilier, de bagages ou de personnes.

Great location. Very close to the grotto. Clean. Comfortable. Quiet. Peaceful. It was odd that the toilet was separate to the bathroom but the bidet being in the wash room. The breakfast was okay. Could have more variety.

I particularly wanted to thank the reception staff for making our stay wonderful a great service and professional and very kind and pleasant under any circumstances. The restaurant staff again couldn't do enough for you ,amazing friendly people. Thank you so much for everything, I shall come back. God Bless.
