Très bien acceuillant propre très eimable serveuse agent de menage courtois à l acceuil personnes prête à bien nous expliquer patient vraiment tout est parfait salle à manger exemplaire chois bonne qualités de produits de service tout amené à y revenir je suis très satisfaite ainsi que ma fille gros problèmes pour moi REFUS DES CHEQUES VACANCES merci pour tout au MOIS D OCTOBRE PIUR LE ROSAIRE À BOIENTOT MERCI madame Petras Micheline

La atención del personal fue muy buena. Sin embargo, la habitación era más pequeña de lo que esperaba, la cama un poco incómoda y había detalles en la habitación respeto a la limpieza que podrían estar mejor. La ubicación excelente, pero el desayuno no tan bueno como en otros hoteles de 4 estrellas (incluso en alguno de 3) en los que hemos estado. Relación calidad precio aceptable.

OVERALL AVERAGE COMPARED TO THE PREVIOUS YEARS / ROOM CLEANINESS AND DINING AND BREAKFAST JUST AVERAGE,( CARPET IN THE ROOM WAS NOT HOVERED WELL, TOILET AND ROOM WERE STALE IN ODOUR--? )OTHERWISE STAFF WERE HELPFUL AND FRIENDLY AND HONEST.

Comme les fois précédentes, un excellent accueil et un grand professionnalisme au restaurant. Le jour de mon départ, je n'avais que 30mn pour déjeuner, j'en ai informé le maitre d'hôtel qui m'a servi dans les temps. C'est toujours un plaisir de descendre dans cet hôtel.
