Todo bien, salvo la limpieza, que es deficiente, tanto en el baño como en la habitación. Por ejemplo, la bañera tenía gel y la papelera de la habitación no se ha vaciado ningún día. Tampoco se pasa bien el aspirador.

Très bien. Juste un bémol. Dans les chambres, il y a une maquette qui espère que le plateau dégustation a été apprécié....? Il n'y avait pas de plateau dégustation.

Wir sind bei Ihnen immer gut aufgehoben und sehr zufrieden. Wir wollen nicht reklamieren, da Sie uns aber Fragen stellen hier ein kleines Detail: Wir fanden die Zimmerreinigung ungenügend. So wurde z.B. der Balcon nie sauber gemacht auch die WC-Reinigung könnte besser sein. Was aber fast unnötig war, war das tägliche Wechseln der Hand und Badetüchern.

Voor een 4 * hotel is de kamer matig. Er staat een koffieset maar zonder koffie en kopjes.
Dit is halfwerk.
De wastafel en douche lekte. Heb ik opgelost met handdoeken er onder te leggen. Kamer 323.
Ook miste ik een doos met tissue.

Very pleased indeed with the location being so close to the grotto , it made things so much easier for the three eighty plus year olds. Staff were all very helpful and could not have been nicer.
