Hôtel Roissy

Superbe expérience, hôtel très agréable, très bien placé. Personnel souriant et disponible, tant à l’accueil qu’au restaurant.

Déçus de la dégradation de la qualité de l'établissement. Chambre vieillote : chauffage non réglable donc inconfort; Salle de bains : pas de radiateur et eau chaude très longue à obtenir. Parking privatif cher. Restaurant : plats très basiques et certain amateurisme . Donc pas à la hauteur du classement hôtelier. Seul vrai avantage : proximité du sanctuaire.

petit problème le coffre fort est trop bas surtout pour les personnes âgées le personnel très agréable et serviable surtout la chef de salle Mme Karima toujours avec le sourire

The room was cold. The heating is not working. My wife complained about it at the reception, twice. No action taken! The hangers are too dusty as well as the wardrobe. Other than this, it's ok. This is our second stay at this hotel. Last June 2025 was ok.

abbiamo trovato la camera sgradevole. La testiera del letto era staccata (scollata) odore di vernice e/o di collanti. Abbiamo dormito con la finestra aperta perchè l'aria era veramente pesante.

Lovely stay as always I asked for a couple of things before I arrived and the hotel took care of it. A lovely warm lady on reception desk with a wonderful smile took care of me when I arrived from the airport this makes all the difference especially when I don't know any french language and yet I feel so at home at the Hotel Roissy. Hotel Roissy is spotless clean spacious and very professional and at the same time very comfortable. It makes my visit to Lourdes each time I travel from Dublin relaxed and I am already looking forward to coming back to Our Lady of Lourdes St Bernadette and Hotel Roissy.

Très satisfaite de l'ensemble des prestations de l'hôtel Roissy. Je le recommande vivement. Très très bien placé, tout est à côté.
