Very good hotel. We had dinner at the restaurant and was tasty. The young waitress was really professional and welcoming

Hotel in posizione ottima, a due passi dal santuario. Abbiamo consumato solo la cena e non era il massimo per varietà e qualità ma non eravamo lì per un tour gastronomico

J’ai passé un très bon séjour dans cet hôtel.
Deux petits points que je soulignerai si possibilité d’amélioration:
Lumière un peu faible dans la salle de bain pour se maquiller.
Place de parking étroite et difficile pour ressortir quand il y a des voitures garées le long du bâtiment.

A notre arrivée dans la chambre a 17 h un "électricien" est venu en nous disant qu'il allait changer un fusible. Il est resté plus de 3/4 d'heure complètement perdu nous mettant sans possibilité de faire quelque chose, quasiment sans lumière et sans solution !! dans la chambre. Je suis descendu a la réception pour expliquer mon mécontentement. La responsable nous a changés de chambre mais 1 h perdue !!!. Pourquoi attendre 17h pour faire des travaux dans la chambre ! Est ce digne d'un hotel de votre classe ?

Odeur d'urine dans la chambre, insonorisation très médiocre. Sinon bonne localisation et belle salle de restaurant.

Close to the Grotto. Friendly staff

We enjoyed the facilities available at the hotel as well as distance to walk to the Grotto
