Un séjour impeccable dans cet hôtel situé proche de sanctuaire. L'accueil est chaleureux, la propreté digne d'un 4 étoiles, la chambre est correcte et l'eau de bienveillance offerte par le bar, nous a accompagné tous les jours. Nous comptons retourner l'année prochaine à l'hôtel ROISSY. 🙏 a tous, que Dieu vous bennise!

Staff were very friendly, informative and spoke English very well. Our safe was not working and the front desk staff came to our room to troubleshoot and fix it. Location could not have been better. Basically a block from the entrance to the Basilica and Grotto. There were many restaurants within 2 blocks of the hotel as well as souvenir shops. The Little train and local buses were also at the entrance of the Basilica. Uber is quite popular, which we used since the heatwave was in full force. Large lobby with a bar and big screen TV, so we could see some of the soccer games. Though not air conditioned, it was bearable with the open concept. Breakfast had ample choices for a buffet and expresso machines. Multiple elevators, clean rooms with updated bathrooms make this hotel a great choice when visiting Lourdes.
