We had a wonderful time staying at your hotel and could not fault it. Our room had beautiful views and we especially liked the dining room. We intend to come back next year.

Great location for visiting the Grotto and eating out. The French lady at the reception is very friendly; the male server at the bar (with tattoos on the hand) serves better coffee than the lady - he seems to give more attention to detail. We also liked the play area at the reception and the lobby itself is spacious for chilling out. Wifi is unstable in our room so better use it in the lobby. If taking the breakfast, go there earlier else they don't refill much when it's close to the end of service. Our room feels stuffy and congested; the housekeeping should do a better job in preparing the room and/or the hotel should invest in doing deep cleaning of the carpet and the shower (to remove the molds). Price is comparable to other 4 stars in the area but you can find other hotels a bit further from the grotto that offers better prices.
