the location was perfect, just steps to the sanctuary. my only complaint was the bedding. the sheets were so uncomfortable and rough, a blanket was not provided, only a comforter to use. the price of the hotel was excellent. I paid extra for breakfast. it was excellent.

The hotel is very close to the grotto. The staff are very friendly. The linen on the bed wasn’t that great but everything else was excellent.

Great hotel! My room would have been perfect if the shower had been better. It was set extremely high and was not adjustable. The staff are so friendly and helpful and it is in the perfect location for the domain in Lourdes.

Très satisfaisant au niveau de l'accueil et du service de tout le personnel de l'hôtel, avec une intention particulière pour le personnel du restaurant.
Les repas étaient très satisfaisants pour le prix: de bon goût!
Un beau séjour en toute tranquillité, surtout quand on reste peu de temps. Merci

Très bon accueil et personnel très aimable et serviable. Petits déjeuners complets et du choix. Par contre, les repas sont moyens. Au niveau de la chambre, la salle de bain n'est pas pratique, douche très étroite, peu de lumière et peu de place pour les affaires de toilettes. Propreté à l'arrivée OK, mais ménage limité pendant le séjour.

Très bon accueil , grande disponibilité du personnel qui sont tous très à l ' écoute des clients et qui sont très aimables .
Très bons repas avec possibilité de changer les plats prévus si cela ne convient pas .
