We vonden het prettig in dit hotel te verblijven.

De ruimte van de wc is nogal beperkt, voor iets zwaardere personen is het wat smal.
Het negatieve van de Zinc : personeel heeft onvoldoende kennis hoe voorzichtig je met zware bieren moet omgaan, zodat een deel niet uit de fles spuit, tevens wist men de hoeveelheid van een pineau de Charente niet. Heb geen moeite meer gedaan om uit te leggen dat de uitgeschonken hoeveelheid te klein was.

De luxe room very small. Very dangerous step out to balcony. Had to ask for bed sheets. Breakfast very good but not very keen on cooked meals at other times. Long wait in bar area at times. Hotel busy and over all good service.

Amazing.Friendly helpful staff special thanks to Crystal who helped us with travel arrangements due to air strike action , she was so lovely.Outstanding location beside grotto.Top breakfast and very comfortable bed

Comme chaque fois sue je fréquente cet établissement l'expérience est excellente à tous les niveaux .
Personnel à l'écoute, chambre très agréable. Côté restauration excellent et personnel à l'image de l'hôtel. Excellent
