Hôtel très bien situé à 10mn du Sanctuaire, Service de qualité par toute l Equipe, sans oublier le professionnalisme de Qualité d'Isabelle, notre 1er contact, et aussi Karima du Service Restauration au Top avec son Equipe, 10/10 A Toute L Équipe. Bravo. Ras, juste la clim à l accueil serait Au Top...

l'unica pecca da segnalare è nel servizio ristorante: personale gentile e competente ma non parla italiano....inolrte secondo noi andrebbe ampliata l'offerta per quanto riguarda i clienti italiani: siamo un pochino esigenti e nel menù giornaliero si dovrebbe aggiungere una lista di primi piatti, il piatto freddo a cena. Inoltre segnalo la mancanza del frigobar in camera e il malfunzionamento dei canali tv in italiano. Per il resto ci siamo trovati benissimo, personale gentile e attento, pulizia, privacy tutto ok. Speriamo di poter soggiornare ancora presso di voi.

I have been visiting you now for 23 years and very happy with everything I see and the way I’m treated. Everyone is so friendly and I have no problem at all with the meals and everything about the hotel hence the reason I come every year.

Staff was friendly and helpful, stay was comfortable, very close to the Grotto
