Thank you to Christelle and especially to Emma on the front desk. We appreciated your assistance and kindness.
Breakfast wasn’t good as they ran out of food by 9am.
Room was very hot but when we complained they sent the engineer to sort it.
Overall a good experience and we would return to the hotel.

The location is perfect and I am able to park my car securely. The staff in the restaurant are lovely but it’s a shame the same can’t be said for the food which was dreadful this year. If I stay again I would not have full board.

Bien malgré que le jour du départ j'ai constaté que ma voiture garée dans votre parking payant était pas mal rayée..
Je vous demande un petit dédommagement devant faire réparer à mes frais compte rendu qu'une plainte serait trop difficile à gérer avec tout ce que cela comporte...

Our 2nd away at a hotel Roissy. We are looking forward to our next stay in September 2026.

Everything about hotel Roissy is excellent, would highly recommend it.

Chambre pas propre à l’arrivée, miettes de pain près du lit. Salle de bain pas propre, traces de savons sur les carreaux de douche
Café non réapprovisionner dans la chambre ainsi que le shampooing
