Pour un établissement de 4 étoiles, la fermeture manuelle du volet ainsi qu'une isolation phonique très juste, ce n'est pas ce que l'on peut vraiment en attendre. Seule la proximité du sanctuaire est une excelente chose.

Tutto gli anni facciamo un viaggio a Lourdes e sempre in questo favoloso hotel molto comodo e di classe, non è economico ma la qualità si paga, personale gentilissimo, soprattutto Karina la responsabile della sala da pranzo sempre col sorriso sulle labbra e sempre gentile con tutti

Thank you to Christelle and especially to Emma on the front desk. We appreciated your assistance and kindness.
Breakfast wasn’t good as they ran out of food by 9am.
Room was very hot but when we complained they sent the engineer to sort it.
Overall a good experience and we would return to the hotel.

The location is perfect and I am able to park my car securely. The staff in the restaurant are lovely but it’s a shame the same can’t be said for the food which was dreadful this year. If I stay again I would not have full board.
