Ottima posizione vicino all'ingresso del Santuario. Le camere sono molto pulite e il personale è efficiente e disponibile.

Personnel accueillant
Les deux personnes au bar sont très sympathique
Prix très corrects, chambres propres

Hotel à côté du sanctuaire.
Petit déjeuner très varié.
Chambre très confortable.
N'empêche le repas doit être amélioré.

I felt the hotel so close to the grotto and church
Rooms were very good beds comfortable
The breakfast spread was good but the same was repeated

Das Hotel und seine Mitarbeiter sind außerordentlich flexibel und kundenorientiert. Ich würde jederzeit wieder dort buchen. Insgesamt ist das Hotel professionell geführt. Ich war rundum sehr zufrieden.

the location was perfect, just steps to the sanctuary. my only complaint was the bedding. the sheets were so uncomfortable and rough, a blanket was not provided, only a comforter to use. the price of the hotel was excellent. I paid extra for breakfast. it was excellent.
